  • But Suárez ran dry on the final lap losing several spots. He took the checkered flag at reduced speed in 15th.
  • Sunday marked the fifth consecutive top-15 finish for the Trackhouse Racing team. Suárez finished 13th in Saturday’s race at Pocono.

Daniel Suárez, driver of the No. 99 CommScope Chevrolet Camaro for Trackhouse Racing:

“That was a tough day for us. We had high hopes, but our car was difficult to drive in traffic. We tried to stretch the fuel at the end and made it to the final lap. We had two decent finishes this weekend, but we want better. We will be ready next weekend for Road America.”
