  • The finish moved Suárez to 22nd in the driver standings after three races.
  • Suárez started 21st and finished 22nd in Stage 1 and 23rd in Stage 2.
  • Suárez suffered left front damage at the start of the race when the field checked-up coming to the green flag.
  • The No. 99 crew worked throughout the race to repair the damage. By the end of the race Suárez was one of the fastest on the track.

“It was a good positive race for the Camping World Chevrolet. We had to come repair damage early and I was very proud of my team for fixing the car. They did a hell of a job. The pit crew did a great job all race as well. They have a lot of potential and I am glad to see that. Overall I’m happy with the progress we are making. We just have to keep working and we’ll get better.”
